Bob Dundas is university trained and a licensed real estate agent with 18 years experience. A certificate IV holder with a background in education, he has an accomplished presentation style and teaching method.
Bob brings a vast experience in listing, selling and negotiation to every training venue and is committed to getting the best out of every session in terms of his own delivery and the candidates achieving successful learning outcomes.
Besides imparting technical knowledge he draws from his own career to make his presentations interesting and relevant. He continues to list and sell which allows his groups to relate and identify with someone who is current and authentic.

Program Facilitator Assessor / Trainer Attilio Marchio is an enthusiastic and motivated person with extensive experience in sales, marketing and real estate in both South Africa and Australia. For many years Attilio held the positions of sales manager, national sales manager to sales director for various companies and then went to a successful career in real estate and public speaking. Attilio has addressed a number of companies and organisations on topics ranging from sales, communications, team building to personal skills development and sales management. |
After arriving in Australia in 2001 to be near his children and grandchildren, Attilio has worked successfully in the real estate industry in Sydney for 6 years before pursuing a career in training. Attilio has his Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and has conducted courses in the Real Estate Industry (COR&CPD) and Job Search Training. Attilio is currently completing his Certificate IV in Frontline Management (BSB40807) and has also completed 14 modules towards PRD50101 Diploma in Property (Real Estate).
